  • Stock Availability: All orders are subject to stock availability. If an item is unavailable after payment, we will notify you to discuss an amendment or full refund.

  • VAT: All advertised prices include 15% South African Value Added Tax (VAT).
  • Payment Terms: Full payment is required before any goods are dispatched. For services like motor fitment, specific deposit terms may apply.
  • Modifications: We reserve the right to change prices or discontinue products at any time without prior notice.

3. Shipping and Delivery

  • Delivery Method: Goods are delivered via a selected courier to the address provided during checkout.
  • Collection: For larger items like vessels or outboard engines, delivery is typically made at our yard in Witsand. Customers must arrange transport within 14 days of being notified that the order is ready.
  • Risk and Title: Risk in the products passes to you upon delivery. Ownership remains with Witsand Marine until the full purchase price is paid.

  • Warranty Support: We facilitate manufacturer warranties, including 2-year warranties on Suzuki and 5-year warranties on Mercury outboards.
  • Returns Policy: Unwanted items must be returned in their original, undamaged condition within 30 days of receipt, accompanied by a receipt. You are responsible for all return shipping costs.
  • Defective Goods: In accordance with the Consumer Protection Act, defective items can be returned for repair, replacement, or refund within six months.
